What
kind of pictures do you develop?
We will develop film with any subject matter as long as
it is does NOT break any laws. Basically this means that,
we will not develop any nude photos with children or any
sexual acts with animals. By the way, we also do family
photos.
Are
your services discrete?
Yes... Pictures with adult subject matter are given special
attention to assure that no one except the person that actually
prints your pictures is the only one that sees your pictures.
If (for quality reasons) a print is re-made, the reject
print is shredded immediately. Your order is returned to
you in a discrete manner also.
What
is the best way to send film to you?
The best way to send film to us is in a padded envelope
(available at most office supplies or Post Office). The
Priority Mail envelope provided free of charge by the post
office is also a good choice. If you would like, we will
send you a pre-addressed heavy duty mailing envelope. Even
though this envelope is not padded, every roll of film sent
to us in this envelope has reached us in good shape. Do
not use a regular lightweight envelope... Your film may
not get to us.
Will
my pictures show up on the Internet?
No, Not unless you put them there. We do not keep any of
your prints or negatives. All reject prints are shredded.
We wouldn't still be in business if we didn't protect your
privacy.
How fast is your service?
In most cases, your order is returned to you, by Priority
Mail, 24 to 36 hours after we receive it (Monday through
Friday). Some services, such as Scanning, large reprint
orders and enlargements may take a little longer.
What
is your quality guarantee?
We guarantee satisfaction... If you are not completely satisfied,
return the order and we'll re-do it or give you a refund.
What
if the pictures come out blank?
If your film is blank or if there are no printable images
on your film, we will return your processed film to you
at no charge. If we can tell what the problem was, we'll
let you know so that you can correct the problem next time.
What
kind of film do you recommend?
You are always assured of quality if you use fresh Kodak
or Fuji film. If you have a special shooting condition,
we will be happy to advise you. Just e-mail
us.
