All orders placed after October 12th at Midnight CST will be final. If you place your order after October 12th there will be no returns! There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!

Halloween costumes & accessories may be returned or exchanged subject to our standard return policy until October 15th. Any item being returned MUST be received at our warehouse by the 15th of October, otherwise the package will be refused & returned. If you place your order after or even a few business days before the 15th, consider your purchase to be FINAL, since time will not permit a return before the 15th of October.

If you need a return authorization for any Halloween merchandise PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL to: blondie@affections.com This method will save time and avoid a delay in getting your return authorizations delivered to your email inbox. Our staff is very busy this time of year and although we try to get back with everyone in a timely manner, during business hours, this is at times not possible. We do try to catch up on email in the evenings after our regular business hours.
